Yellow Presents Clayton Wells

Automata’s Clayton Wells will be hitting the pans at Yellow for the last instalment of Yellow Presents at the Potts Point restaurant. The chef's five-course set menu will be a meat-free showcase of the season’s best vegetables.

The meal will feature artichoke globes poached in sake lees; asparagus custard with miso-poached spears; and a pasta dish with dried tomatoes, fermented chilli butter, fennel and back lime.
