Bringing the feijoa farm to the table (literally) are Clayton Wells from Automata and A1 Canteen in Sydney, Matt Stone from Oakridge in the Yarra Valley and Darren Robertson of Three Blue Ducks & The Farm fame. All three chefs share the philosophy of preparing fresh, sustainable, locally-sourced whole-foods, and will be bringing that ethos to the grazing event, dishing up a plethora of unique dishes alongside a selection of premium wines and beers.
